StayOver is growing and we are looking to expand our housekeeping staff! This role will serve to maintain StayOver Management’s private properties in a clean and orderly manner. The purpose of the role is to deliver services that assist StayOver Management in meeting their operational objectives in driving exceptional Customer Service standards. This is a part time position and weekends are required.

FLEXIBLE HOURS! We are hiring part time with a potential for full time! Pay based on experience.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

Your own reliable transportation and cell phone.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Follow the step-by-step checklist provided in house app.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Empty trash cans
• Service restrooms and wipe down communal services
• Wash ceilings, walls, windows, and woodwork
• Notify appropriate personnel of any repairs required
• Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
• Make beds and replenish linens and towels
• Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware
• Treat hot tubs, as needed, following Company guidelines
• Be an example of StayOver’s Core Beliefs in the activities that you perform.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with employees, management, and outside vendors.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistance with miscellaneous projects as required
• Other duties as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age
• 1-year relevant experience
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image to StayOver guests
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed
• Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction. Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 20 lbs.
