Job Description

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain common areas, working areas, and the premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to):

• Police parking lot twice per shift 1at at the start of the day and by noon daily.
• Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and carpet shampoo machine.
• Cleans hallways and restrooms. Ensure amenities are stocked and replenished.
• Washes walls and ceiling, moves furniture.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and washes multiple floor surfaces.
• Verify meeting room to READY to Go!
• Dusts and polishes metalwork.
• Ability to assist guest with maintenance concerns in absence of Maintenance person.
• Removes trash in common areas.
• Walk buildings at beginning and end of shift to inspect conditions of areas of responsibility. Secure storage area and clear hall of trash as needed.
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from the pool side and other service area and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
• Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to members and other associates.
• Take up any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed.
• Ability to perform maintenance repairs as requested in a timely manner.
• Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with the company standards.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player

PREREQUISITES:

• Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
