A good-natured service means doing whatever it takes to keep our guests happy and feeling a sense of security while they are in our care. And we are on the hunt for an Overnight Supervisor to do just that. Assist with maintaining the safety and security of the hotels guests, associates and assets stay at top-of-mind in this critical role. This job is all how about how you react, or just as important, dont react, in strenuous circumstances. Its about managing the situation with professionalism, reasonable thinking. This will also include helping with any guest room maintenance issues, cleanliness, and supporting the front desk operation overnight, as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 1 year management work experience.
• Passionate about servicing guest and their needed, both with check-in and servicing the building maintenance needs overnight,
• Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
• Able to remain calm under pressure.
• Able to operate and maneuver through communication systems.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time; able to kneel, stoop, reach, and kneel; able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
