Staybridge Suites ~ Great Falls in Great Falls, MT is looking for one assistant room inspector to join our strong team. We are located on 201 3rd St Nw. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ability to nurture a good working relationship with all other departments
• Stunning time management skills so you can juggle your many duties
• Attention to detail to ensure rooms are spic and span and well serviced and that equipment is stored safely
• A stickler for health and safety as some staff may need to be trained to use hazardous cleaning materials
• Know security protocol in case of emergency
• You’ve got to be self motivated, adaptable, an excellent team motivator and team builder.
• You will also need to be effective at cost control, keeping wages, uniforms and laundry within budget.
• Be responsive and have the ability to solve problems and think on your feet

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience
• Able to take direction well and implement with team
• Assure every room is guest ready and there are no signs of a previous guest

Guest Experience 

· Check public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvements

· Perform housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure guest satisfaction

· Handle complaints and special requests to achieve complete guest satisfaction

· Comply with special needs and requests of the guests, VIPs and repeat visitors

People

· Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for employees. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance

· Educate and train all employees in compliance with governmental and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties

· Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads

· May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during high volume periods
