Responsibilities: - Take customer orders and serve beverages in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events Experience: - Previous experience in food preparation, bartending, or food service is preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
