Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector with handyman experience for our Airbnb portfolio to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of our properties, both inside and out, to identify maintenance and cleaning issues. With a keen eye for detail and proficiency in handyman tasks, the Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including interior spaces, exterior areas, and common areas.

-Identify maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and safety hazards, paying close attention to detail in every aspect of the property.

-Perform basic handyman tasks as needed, such as minor repairs & fixture replacements

-Document inspection findings accurately and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

-Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to prioritize and address maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in general handyman work

-Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns.

-Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment commonly used for household repairs and maintenance.

-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document inspection findings and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders.

-Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to propose practical solutions to maintenance issues.

-Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

-Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance and inspection procedures.
