Bilingual Receptionist (English and Spanish)
We are a Baltimore law firm seeking a bilingual receptionist to work in our busy and growing personal injury and workers compensation practice. We provide competitive pay and excellent benefits including health and dental insurance, retirement, parking, and much more.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience in a professional setting, handling sensitive information and delicate matters.
- Prior law firm experience is a bonus.
- Experience with Filevine is a bonus.
This position includes significant contact with clients, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and the courts, and requires exceptional oral and written communication and organizational skills. In addition to reception, this position includes handling mail and legal filings, email and database management, and file organization. All applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
