**Job Overview:**

Station Athletics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines managerial responsibilities with the opportunity to directly engage with our community through class coaching. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong sales abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and management of the facility
• Drive membership sales and meet monthly sales targets
• Coach fitness classes, providing exceptional guidance and motivation to members

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coach a variety of fitness classes
• Passion for fitness and community building

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year
