Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently hiring Janitorial Site Supervisors for warehouse / manufacturing facility in Highland Park. As a Janitorial Site Supervisor you are required to oversee a crew of 8, inspect areas, communicate with customers and address customer issues, payroll sheets for employees, perform janitorial work, train new employees, issue supplies, coach employees etc.

You must have management experience to be considered for this position.

THE SHIFT :

We are looking for Janitorial Supervisor for the Early Morning Day shift days and hours are Monday thru Thursday and every 3rd Sunday from 5am to 5pm .

Positions $18.00 plus paid holidays and paid vacation.

MUST HAVES :

• Great customer service skills.
• At least 2 years of supervisor experience. Good written / verbal skills.

THE POSITION :

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, or other establishments such as schools, medical facilities, offices or auditorium by performing the essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
• Issues supplies and equipment. Resolves workers' problems, coaches and or counsels employees.
• Reviews employees' hours worked on time sheets.
• Inspect equipment to make sure it is in good working condition.
• Requisitions cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Performs duties of workers supervised when necessary.
• Directly Supervises 3 or more employees in the Janitorial Operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Stathakis policies and applicable laws.
• Support employees through training, coaching, planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;

addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Work with other team members and take direction from customers and mangers.
• Maintain inventory and replenishes cleaning supplies
