Production/Installation Coordinator

Statewide Windows and Doors is looking for a Project Coordinator who is responsible for scheduling and arranging appointments with the company’s clients installation. This includes following up with clients to evaluate service needs and/or warranty covered requests with both customers and service technicians. The ideal candidate for this position shall be a customer service-oriented individual with organization skills, scheduling skills, and a high level of verbal and written communication. This also includes time management and the ability to solve problems by thinking critically. Statewide Windows and doors are willing to train and develop someone that is eager to learn.

This is a full-time position located in West Palm Beach.

Job Functions

  • Coordinate daily/weekly appointments for a team of service technicians and installation crews.
  • Work with Installers to solve problems that may occur in the field, making sure they have the proper material and tools needed for the job.
  • Understanding of Contract terms
  • Schedule services based upon proximity and needs of customer.
  • Provide excellent post-sales and installation support by updating statuses on appointments or overall jobs to customers.
  • Properly result all reported activities within the field from the team of installers & technicians and ensure all pertinent information is documented in the company’s software system.
  • Regularly analyze project status reports to ensure all outstanding requests for installations are addressed and have an estimated timeframe for completion.
  • Summarize daily activities of service team accomplishments and track job progress for management to review.
  • Strategically analyze all open projects with management on a weekly basis to ensure appropriate protocols are being satisfied while prioritizing accounts accordingly
  • Communicate with the team of installers throughout the course of the day to confirm appointments are being fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Work closely with vendors to track covered warranties and issue chargebacks appropriately
  • Run reports and analyze service data to ensure Company is collecting any outstanding balances for each service.
  • Track installation teams hours/jobs for payroll purposes

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of High School diploma required, or equivalent degree of educational achievement. An Associates in Arts or Bachelors is preferred
  • Prior experience working with construction management software and/or customer relationship management systems
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Experience within the Window and Door industry accompanied by specific designations to the South Florida region is highly preferred and a BIG PLUS!

Compensation

  • Highly competitive base salary based on experience with opportunity for annual performance bonus
  • The Company offers a benefit package along with paid time off

Pay Frequency: Bi weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
