We are seeking for a Fabricator/Installer

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and install granite countertops and other stone surfaces according to project specifications and design requirements.
• Prepare work areas by assessing layout plans, identifying potential obstacles, and making necessary adjustments.
• Safely transport and handle heavy stone slabs using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ensure precise fitting and alignment of granite pieces to achieve seamless installations.
• Polish and finish granite surfaces to a high-quality standard, paying close attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members, including designers, fabricators, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering professional guidance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and installation techniques to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in training sessions and sharing expertise with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a granite installer or similar role in the stone fabrication industry.
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, shaping, and installing granite countertops and other stone surfaces.
• Familiarity with the safe operation of tools and equipment commonly used in granite installation.
• Knowledge of different types of granite, their properties, and appropriate installation methods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure precise fitting and alignment.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy stone slabs.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients in a professional manner.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Commitment to safety protocols and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
