Job Overview:
Looking for 1 person to do the following:

Manage and update the website that optimizes products and the companies vision in an appealing way.

Strong SEO background

Experience in Product photography (jewelry specialization preferred)

Experience in Email marketing, Direct Mail marketing, Google Ads, Youtube, Social Media management (Posts, Reels, videos, etc)

Content Creation - Billboards, Magazine content, article content, blog content.

Inventory Management (Roughly 400 items) - Weekly and Monthly counts/audits. Inprocessing new inventory, photo taking, detailed descriptions, tagging, and product placement.

Event Planning - Finding new local partners to collaborate with in community events that project the company image. As well as events for clients and our own company events.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and determine optimal inventory levels
- Develop and implement inventory replenishment strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, order quantities, and delivery schedules
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Generate reports on inventory performance, including stock levels, turnover rates, and fill rates
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for inventory management

Qualifications:
Must be able to prove experience in all the above. Pay will be determined based upon how good you already are.

Expansion of the company is imminent and this position has tons of long term and earnings potential.

DRAMA FREE

Must be somewhat flexible and have impeccable customer service skills

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
