This role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in appointment setting or customer service roles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on inquiries received through various channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and outcomes using our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone manner.
- Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
