Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience required. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post invoices into CDK
• Reconcile and pay vendor statements
• Issue on demand checks
• Print monthly receivable statements and mail out
• Do daily deposit from sales, parts, service and body shop
• Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices
• Break down car deals and send contracts to bank
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• Scan documents for electronic storage
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required
• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
