**Vacation Rental Cleaner**

**Position Overview:**

We are looking for meticulous and dependable individuals to join our team as Vacation Rental Cleaners. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our vacation rental properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards for incoming guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness and hygiene.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Cleaning and Sanitization:**

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.

- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and vacuum or mop floors to remove dirt, debris, and allergens.

- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, remote controls, and appliances.

- Ensure that linens, towels, and other guest amenities are clean, fresh, and properly stocked.

2. **Quality Assurance:**

- Conduct detailed inspections of each property after cleaning to ensure that all tasks have been completed to company standards.

- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including checklists, inventory logs, and inspection reports.

3. **Guest Interaction:**

- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding promptly to any special requests or concerns.

- Communicate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely turnovers between guests.

- Assist guests with questions or recommendations regarding local attractions, dining options, and amenities.

4. **Supply Management:**

- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

- Properly store and maintain cleaning tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

- Assist with the organization and storage of linens, towels, and other guest amenities.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is a plus.
