Position Title: Project Manager
Position Type: Full Time / Salary
FLSA Classification: Exempt - Administrative Exemption
Reports To: Senior Project Manager
Purpose of Role: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope and objectives
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Meet budgetary goals and adjust project constraints as needed
- Create and share comprehensive project plans with clients and Senior Project Manager
- Delegate tasks to team members based on skills and expertise
- Assist in identifying and managing risks and liabilities for multiple projects
- Conduct quality control throughout project development
- Help develop and implement procedures to improve internal processes and customer service
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience:
- 3 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Cost and risk management abilities
- Excellent time management
- Friendly and approachable personality
