DSHS Social and Health Program Consultant 4 - Quality Assurance Consultant
The Aging and Long-Term Support Administration is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is located in the Office of the Assistant Secretary based in Lacey and is considered a telework role. The successful applicant may reside outside of the Lacey/Olympia area.
As a QA Consultant, you are responsible for reviewing staff processes to ensure ALTSA meets regulatory mandates for state and federal guidelines as well as division policies and procedures for long-term care settings. You will conduct quality assurance process reviews and present quality assurance findings to Residential Care Services staff and leadership.
Our team works closely together to be sure all of our work is done and is high-quality.
The ideal applicant will have an eye for detail, experience with quality assurance practices, experience with long-term care, and excellent interpersonal communication skills coupled with a passion for protecting the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults.
