State of Utah is Hiring a Food Service Worker I TL - Utah State Hospital Near Utah County, UT

Do you enjoy serving food and doing dishes? Would you love to work in a fast-paced environment? The Utah State Hospital (USH) is seeking full time employees to work in the main kitchen. Our Food Service Workers are a fun, energetic team who diligently work to provide nutritious meals to 300 patients and their guests, as well as over 800 State employees, every day. We are looking for reliable, energetic, career-minded individuals who will be a positive addition to our team!

The Food Service Worker I:is an entry-level non-benefited position that pays $15.23 per hour (ACA* offers Medical only with Full Time) with no experience required. We will be happy to train the right person, as well as provide the required food handlers class. We love to promote our best employees from within!A great candidate for a Food Service Worker I position is:

reliable, with great references and verifiable work history.
able to perform the physical duties of the position, which may include routinely lifting up to 50 pounds.
able to cheerfully adapt to unforeseen changes, such as staffing needs and menu adaptations.
