TITLE: IT Technician
REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Setting up new employee workstations and equipment; building and deploying new laptops using standard deployment tools.
2. Creating accounts for new hires and responding to support requests channeled through email, Microsoft Teams, or by phone, ensuring immediate and efficient solutions to arising issues.
3. Completing office 365 offboarding process for employees, including email archiving.
4. IT Maintenance and troubleshooting
5. Providing support for OS, a variety of applications, security agents/services, and hardware issues for users.
6. Providing support for client technology and services, including desktop/laptop break/fix, reimaging, troubleshooting, and support for desk & mobile phones, audio/visual & physical conference room technologies.
7. Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems.
8. Troubleshooting hardware and software problems specifically with windows and android products.
9. Respond to IT issues.
10. Evaluate connectivity issues.
11. Assisting employees with AV systems, both on-site and remote.
12. Perform troubleshooting to isolate problems.
13. Regular attendance is to be maintained.
14. Adherence to a code of conduct conducive with State of the Heart policy is expected.
15. Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
1. Minimum age requirement of 18.
2. Communicates effectively
3. Collaborates with the Facilities Manager.
4. Minimum of one-year general experience preferred.
5. Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
6. Satisfactory criminal background check.
7. Self- directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
8. Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
