Objectives of this role Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesServes as chief liaison with materials Management OfficeMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceConsults with agency personnel concerning procurements for their respective areas.Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Responsibilities Ensures compliance with the provisions of the Consolidated Procurement Code.Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersAbility to schedule and manage tasks effectively EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Required skills and qualifications Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program managementExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong cost control and budgeting skillsExperience in the SCEIS SRM system with processing and editing purchase orders SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills!
