1. Supervise and manage the Community-Based Program, ensuring the smooth and efficient overall operation of this program. Supervises weekly treatment team meetings and provides group/individual supervision, directs staff in developing treatment plans for patients. Completes EPMS evaluations on subordinate staff. Must obtain and maintain MDFT Supervisor certification. Must maintain a valid South Carolina Driver’s License.
2. Maintains records, charts and report information in accordance with Q.A. and MDFT guidelines. Regularly audit Electronic Medical Records of charts assigned to subordinate staff. Provide necessary training and supervision to maintain Q.A. and MDFT Standards.
3. Provides education services to AOP-MHC as well as public and private groups regarding services. Serves as a liaison between DMH and the community. Maintain positive relationships with school officials and other community agencies.
4. Provides evidence-based interventions and treatment services to identified patients and families. This will include but limited to: Individual, Group and Family therapy.
5. Keep Supervisor informed of current needs and or changes in CBS/MDFT Program.
6. Perform other duties as required.
