Job Description: This position reports to Internal Audit in Columbia. Incumbent will perform complex compliance, operational, and programmatic monitoring engagements of internal and external workforce grant programs, subrecipient agreements, grants awards, and special initiatives to ensure compliance and foster operational efficiencies. Responsible for obtaining documentation, conducting monitoring and special reviews through on-site visits and desk reviews, documenting results, and communicating actions necessary to resolve identified issues/concerns in formal monitoring reports. Provides guidance in interpreting and executing applicable regulations. **2 vacancies**
Minimum and Additional Requirements

A bachelor's degree in related field with two years of relevant experience. Ability to conduct operational and compliance reviews with limited supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Confidentiality is required. Some overnight travel required. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of federal workforce programs and grant management experience preferred.
