Assists Director with daily operational support for TLC and Testing center, to include planning and marketing efforts. When Director is unavailable, Assistant Director makes managerial decisions as needed.
2. Manages tutors, to include interviewing, selecting, training, and setting rate of pay and hours of work. Approves payroll and completes semester contracts.
3. Provides tutoring support in Mathematics.
4. Works with academic faculty to develop, enhance, and implement learning resources for use in TLC to promote student success and retention.
5. Works closely with testing center staff and academic faculty to develop and maintain best practices for collegial testing environments. Provides supervision and support for academic testing proctors at five campuses as needed.
6.
