State of Rhode Island is Hiring an IT Support Technician Near Lincoln, RI

Position: IT Support Specialist

Location: Lincoln, RI

Duration: 4 Months Plus

Job Description

  • Knowledge of technology, networking, system operations, web and multiple system practices.
  • Established background in information technology systems, troubleshooting and support – minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Highly organized and enjoys assisting others
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications may be appropriate and acceptable.

Skills Required

  • Ability to communicate with faculty, staff and students; both written and oral proficiency is required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Has a working knowledge of common information technologies, systems and office productivity tools
  • Collaboration and teamwork

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
