DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In the role of Maintenance Repairman 2, you will be responsible for carrying out semi-skilled and skilled tasks across various trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and electrical work indoors and outdoors to ensure the safety of residents and staff within the buildings and grounds.
You will be involved in fabricating and installing partitions, hanging drywall, and constructing forms, as well as installing or repairing roofs, flashing, and gutters.
Additionally, you will handle the installation and maintenance of plumbing fixtures, steam lines for heating, steam traps, and radiator valves, along with measuring, cutting, threading, and installing pipes for water and steam lines.
