The Position

Fleet Service Workers service vehicles and/or light, medium, and heavy construction and maintenance equipment, perform preventive maintenance, issue vehicles to employees, and perform basic diagnostic and repair work.

This position is within the Department of Administration, the Fleet Services Division, at the Reno location. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in maintaining an accurate motor pool reservation database, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, mount and balance tires, minor electrical repairs, brake repairs, cooling system and transmission repairs, generate work orders, provide superior customer service, transport vehicles, clean vehicles and clean the facility.
