What you'll do
Qualifications:
One or more years of experience as a Youth Services Supervisor/Specialist (Service Coordinator) or Youth Services Supervisor/Specialist (Youth Group Leader) with the Missouri Division of Youth Services.
OR
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in one or a combination of the following: Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or a closely related field; and Three or more years of professional experience in the treatment of juveniles (12-17 years of age) which involved group or individual counseling techniques.
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of youth treatment experience and/or relevant certification. (Substitutions may be allowed
(Earned graduate credit hours from an accredited college or university in the specified areas may substitute on a year-for-year basis for a maximum of two years of the required experience at the rate of 24 earned graduate credit hours for one year of experience. Additional qualifying experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for deficiencies in the required education.)
