OA ITSD Operations Desktop Services is seeking a talented Systems Administration Specialist. This position includes automated software packaging and installation, security update deployments, operating system deployments, endpoint encryption, software approvals, reporting using SSRS, response to requests to assist in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting other technicians, and participation in long-term projects in both individual and team settings. A person in this position will assist in setting the direction for future advancement in endpoint technologies.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting Client Engagement Services (CES).
