Main Purpose/Focus of the Position: Shipping position that performs a variety of shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks in support of the Office of Communications & Outreach.

What you’ll do::

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prepare and process large quantities of publications and promotional items for mailing according to established procedures
• Shipment receiving, stocking, and inventory
• Maintain electronic and physical shipment filing systems
• Manage and assist in processing Publication Order forms
• Communicate with team members and customers
• Work effectively in teams and individually
• Performs other related work as assigned
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications

• A certificate or associate degree from an accredited college or university; Or
• One or more years of professional experience in administration, shipping, logistics, customer service, or closely related field.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
