If so, this position with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division, supporting the Department of Mental Health (DMH) might be for you!
ITSD-DMH has an opening for a Quality Assurance Technician. In this position, you will use your skills to analyze and build test plans, carry out hands-on and automated application testing, quantify and qualify test results and communicate outcomes with other team members as well as DMH Business personnel. You will become a valued member of a well-organized, Agile-minded team thriving in a positive environment. You will have the chance to deliver a meaningful impact supporting DMH and the citizens of Missouri.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Mental Health (DMH)

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance team handles test plans, user acceptance testing, and the testing of integrations, functionality, business rules, data conversions, mobility, performance, security, and more. Overall, the position requires a great deal of interaction with DMH customers and potentially other stakeholders, such as vendors of DMH services.
