Part-Time Temporary Security Officer

Salary: $ 15.00 Hourly

Job Location: This position will be at the Ike Skelton Training Site, 2302 Militia Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri

What you’ll do:

• Provide security and protection to aircraft, equipment and personal. Protection of military resources located at your assigned base to include buildings and grounds.
• Observes activities of base personnel, civilian staff, and the general public. Conducts searches of persons and property within jurisdictional limitations and contact police when necessary.
• This position will be required to have availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

• High School education
• Valid Motor Vehicle license.
• Ability to pass initial background investigations, pre-employment physical ability test (PAT) and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Military or law enforcement experience
• Ability to assess information and take corrective action
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written form
