What you’ll do:

• Provide subject matter expertise in monitoring of grants, risk assessments, and interpretation of federal regulations in relation to situational questions posed by programs, and develop/present training and resource materials covering grants management topics.
• Develop an annual Grants Community Symposium for department program managers.
• Research grant regulations to provide technical assistance.
• Establish resources and checklists for program use in managing grant funds, and create a comprehensive subrecipient monitoring tracking method.
• Work with a project team to analyze methods for aligning grants to department strategic plans.

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
• Three or more years of experience in developing and leading training and/or providing technical assistance.
• Working knowledge of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Grant Guidance.
• Experience with managing and tracking subrecipient monitoring, corrective action plans, and related information.
