Why you’ll love this position:

The General Counsel’s Office has an opportunity for a detail oriented person to join our staff and provide technical assistance to our Income Tax and Sales Tax attorneys. The employee will conduct complex and extensive tax system research to assist with case preparation for protests and appeals, and for AHC cases and/or other courts.

What you’ll do:

• Research tax systems
• Prepare documents for case files
• Code taxpayer accounts
• Perform maintenance on accounts
• Apply a variety of laws, rules, policies, and procedures

All you need for success:

Typical Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer applications such as Revenue Premier, Microsoft Word, Excel
• Ability to organize work assignments
• Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal setting helpful
