The information systems intern performs routine entry-level activities in the areas of application/program development and computer system support for end users, including program debugging, server maintenance, information system management for software applications, problem diagnosis/resolution, and communications. Responsibilities are performed under direct supervision.
A Day In The Life

• Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs all software applications, operating systems, new products, and hardware for servers and workstations.
• Assists with new iPhone setups.
• Assists with PrinterLogic by changing passwords and defaulting printers for specific features.
• Assists with VMware maintenance mode hosts and firmware updates in OME.
• Assists with BitLocker/InTune enrollment and policy enforcement for non-compliant endpoints.

What You'll Need For Success

• Must be enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or post-bachelor’s degree program.
• Must possess, and maintain, an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher out of 4.0.
• Must have completed at least 30 credit hours.
