HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
The Driver License Bureau is seeking a creative, energetic team member focused on positive transformation. The Customer Service Manager will be part of a team working hand in hand with Missourians in the issuance of Missouri driver and non-driver licenses. This highly organized, attentive to detail professional will oversee a team providing technical assistance and training to Mini Branch staff. While also researching complex records, fraud write ups, SAVE reviews, production reports and providing counseling to team.
