Join the Client Engagement Services (CES) team, providing supporting to the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS). This position is responsible for maintaining computer equipment and providing customer support services for DHSS customers and entities that connect to the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) network.

What you’ll do:

• Hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc) configuration, maintenance and repair.
• Software installation, configuration and updating.
• Operating system (Windows) imaging.
• Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise.
• Troubleshooting basic network problems.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Familiarity and understanding of the functions of basic computer hardware and software.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems.
• Must have strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and other professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude are a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills and documentation skills.

Job Location:

• The office for this position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO.
• Candidates who complete a successful onboarding and training period may be eligible to work at an alternate location in compliance with OA-ITSD's Distributed Workforce Plan.
