The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as Production Control Unit Worker. Under direction, this position will independently conduct and process confidential written background check requests to provide determination of abuse and neglect. The position will also answer phone calls and review various documents and forms containing complex, confidential information. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and interested in playing a supporting role in the Department’s call operations.
