PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicant should meet at least three or more of the following: Completion of a Master's degree in a related field; Two years or more experience in program monitoring and compliance; Two years or more experience managing statewide program and/or initiative; Two years or more of partnering with community and civic groups, community and civic leaders, agency leaders, public officials and the public to gain support for program initiatives. Two years or with strategic planning, implementation, community organizing, etc. and Two years or more experience working in a human service delivery area. Open to internal (DCS employees) and external candidates.
Travel throughout the circuit is involved.
