Project Manager

Seeking a Project Manager in Johnson City, TN at our Administration Office. Office hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday.

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is a physician-led and team member-owned multi-specialty care group of more than 250 providers and 900 team members headquartered in Johnson City, TN with 35 locations in the upper East Tennessee & Southwest Virginia region. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Works as a member of the Project Management Office Team to understand the strategies and objectives for the full lifecycle of a project.
  • Defines communication plans and coordinates meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • In conjunction with the assigned project team develop project scope and charters.
  • Ensures resource availability and allocation for project initiatives.
  • Develops detailed project plans and establish task-level tracking, and reporting.
  • Manages cross-functional owners and third parties/vendors to complete work tasks with dates.
  • Manages project scope changes, schedule, and budget.
  • Identifies barriers and risks and proposes mitigation plans to meet objectives.
  • Reports and escalates significant project issues/risks to the PMO Manager.
  • Ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Establishes and manages positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation and associated policies.
  • Prepares weekly status reports.
  • Monitors performance indicators to deliver results.
  • Inspires the project team to achieve goals.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years of previous healthcare experience; excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Project Management Professional Certification is a plus but not required.
