Project Manager
Seeking a Project Manager in Johnson City, TN at our Administration Office. Office hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Works as a member of the Project Management Office Team to understand the strategies and objectives for the full lifecycle of a project.
- Defines communication plans and coordinates meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- In conjunction with the assigned project team develop project scope and charters.
- Ensures resource availability and allocation for project initiatives.
- Develops detailed project plans and establish task-level tracking, and reporting.
- Manages cross-functional owners and third parties/vendors to complete work tasks with dates.
- Manages project scope changes, schedule, and budget.
- Identifies barriers and risks and proposes mitigation plans to meet objectives.
- Reports and escalates significant project issues/risks to the PMO Manager.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Establishes and manages positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation and associated policies.
- Prepares weekly status reports.
- Monitors performance indicators to deliver results.
- Inspires the project team to achieve goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years of previous healthcare experience; excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Project Management Professional Certification is a plus but not required.
