Phlebotomist

Seeking a PRN (As Needed) Phlebotomist for our First Choice Pediatrics office.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:30 pm- 7:30 pm

Rotating Saturdays 8:00 am- 12:00 pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform venipuncture, arterial, and capillary punctures on patients

* Conduct designated laboratory testing

* Assist in donor care prior to, during, and after donation

* Instruct patients on urine collection procedures and accurately label specimen

* Clean/Sterilize equipment, instruments, and work area

* Inventory supplies and place orders when necessary

* Enter patient data timely and efficiently

* Follow organizational, departmental, and governmental policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduation from an accredited phlebotomy diploma program.

EXPERIENCE:

One year of phlebotomist experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

* Phlebotomy Certification
