General Summary
The Senior Information Technology Audit Analyst is a highly responsible professional position working in designing, programming, testing, implementing, operating, maintaining, and analyzing large, complex and/or unusual information technology systems for the Auditor General and coordinating the design and analysis of these systems and/or developing, preparing, applying, and executing computer audit software for use in computer-assisted audit techniques (CAATs) procedures for large, complex and/or unusual audits or other engagements and coordinating the development and execution of these procedures.
An employee in this class functions as a Project Team Leader under the supervision of an Audit Coordinator, Audit Supervisor, or Audit Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications (required)
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, one of the computer sciences, management information systems, or statistics and two years of relevant professional experience; or,
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of relevant professional experience; or,
Eight years of relevant professional experience.
All Senior Information Technology Audit Analyst positions are located in Tallahassee, Florida.
Salary
The salary for Senior Information Technolgy Audit Analyst is commensurate with experience.
