Your Specific Responsibilities :

This is work analyzing and coordinating the logistical functions of an agency, or receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.

Incumbents keep records and compile inventory reports and are responsible for some or all of the entire life cycle of goods and commodities, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.

  • Control the use, disposal, and security of all state & county owned property.
  • Identify and Record State & County Owned Property.
  • Disposition and Transfer of property.
  • Reporting stolen or vandalized property.
  • Inventory of Property
  • Maintains an inventory of materials and supplies.
  • Maintains an inventory of Contracts associated with property, assets, and inventory :
  • Responsible for managing inventory systems.
  • Compiles reports on property and inventory stocks.
  • Assists in identifying, documenting, measuring, and improving Property and Inventory processes.

Qualifications :

  • A valid Florida driver’s license is required
  • An associate degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university is preferred
