Job Description
This is a professional OPS position located in the Division of Early Learning (DEL) in the Application Services unit. The incumbent in this position must be productive under tight timeframes, balance multiple and competing priorities and maintain goal-directed behavior and performance, sometimes under stressful conditions. Applicants with early learning experience utilizing project management and organizational skills are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities

The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) has an open position that is responsible for executing the following functions:
The employee must be technically knowledgeable and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Technical support, among other things, resolve technical difficulties, offer prompt client feedback, and assist with the rollout of new programs, hardware, and policies. This position will provide tier one (1) and tier two (2) technical assistance and support for new computer networks, software, and hardware-related questions and difficulties. Using the IT ticketing system, the employee must be able to respond to customers directly, over a call, virtually, or by e-mail. The incumbent must efficiently diagnose, analyze, and repair tier 1 and 2 technical hardware and software issues, as well as counsel and assist clients on the best course of action. The incumbent should give detailed information about IT goods and services and should refer unsolved concerns to the next level of support, as needed. Experience with Azure Intune and Azure AD are a plus.
