The Community College of Aurora’s Human Resources & Personnel Success department serves our community of diverse staff and student population with principles of equity and inclusion. The Bi-Weekly Payroll and Technical Partner will serve as the college’s primary custodian to process bi-weekly payroll for part-time employees, assist with set-up for newly hired employees, and ensure HR data is clean and up-to-date.This Partner is a first point of contact for many employees to ensure accurate, timely processing of payroll and access to personnel documents. This individual also serves as a back-up to the HR Technical Specialist for Monthly Payroll and Benefits.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Salary Range: Anticipated starting salary range is $50,215.00 annually. This salary is determined by the qualifications of the selected candidate balanced with departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information. CCA offers an excellent , including generous leave, holiday, and education benefits. Full time employees immediately upon hire earn 15 hours a month annual leave and 10 hours a month sick leave.
