The Real Estate Investments Team, based in the Dallas metro, manages over $17 billion of investments on behalf of State Farm's general account (Auto, Life, and Assurance Company). This position is primarily responsible and serves as a consultant for evaluating insurance related risks and adequacy of coverage for investments in State Farm's commercial mortgage loan and real estate equity portfolios.
ResponsibilitiesAs an experienced Commercial Risk Management Analyst, you will develop working relationships with our internal investment and legal teams, as well as external commercial real estate servicing professionals, thereby leveraging your insurance expertise as a vital component to State Farm's investment strategy. Your judgment and analytical skills will contribute to our overall commercial real estate risk management efforts. This is a senior analyst role commensurate with an internal State Farm job grade of P7 and above.
