Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Our State Farm Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded individual to join our successful customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing our Auto, Life, Health & Home insurance business. We are a fast-paced State Farm Agency in the Tolleson/Phoenix area and need a goal-orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

· Self-motivated

· Detail oriented

· Proactive in problem-solving

· Dedicated to customer service

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to effectively relate to a customer

· Bilingual - Spanish required

· Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

· Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
