We seek a new Insurance Agent Office Representative-Team Member for a "in office position" at our metro Chicago North Side - State Farm Insurance Agency. You will help prospect, acquire and service new and existing customers to market and sell insurance and financial services products.
Required: Productive - Enthusiastic-Passion to Succeed - Positive attitude - Coachable - Strong work ethics - Ability build Rapport - Strong listening skills - Convincing - Prefer Candidates who are Insurance licensed - INSURANCE LICENSES ARE REQUIRED or the ability to acquire asap or prior to office training
Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing all types of new insurance and financial services products
- Create pool of prospective insuance clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Work with insurance clients to deliver insurance risk management strategies that fit their insurance risk profiles
- Maintain all insurance records in our computer database
- Achieve insurance customer acquisition growth objectives
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new insurance products and services
This is an inside office only position with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $32.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
