SCFS seeks a Director of Auxiliary Programs to cultivate and oversee a dynamic After School program and summer programs for students in grades Pre-K through 8th Grade. The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of After School and summer programs, as well as the development and implementation of programming informed by the central themes of SCFS’ academic and social-emotional curricula, collegial collaboration, Quaker pedagogy, and SCFS’s mission. Faculty and staff at SCFS thoughtfully engage people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences and foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and professionalism at school. A strong alignment with Quaker testimonies and progressive education -- in philosophy and practice -- is expected.

Full Time, Salaried: This is a 12-month position that includes five full days per week on site and occasional evening or weekend events. This position is eligible for benefits.
