Overview:
We are seeking a skilled administrative support person to work with clients, skilled tradesman and our management team.
Duties:
- Assist in managing projects from initiation to closure
- Utilize computer software provided to manage projects
-Complete administrative duties for billing preparations and cost breakdown
-Communicate with clients, occupants of homes, our staff and management with updates via email regularly
-Schedule work to be done with occupant and tradesman
Experience:
- Proven experience in follow through on task, administrative organization and communication skills.
-Ability to work with upset home owners and communicate in layman's terms the work to be completed.
-Coordinate with tradesman for scheduling and daily paperwork completion
-Support managers and step in to assist with other department managers when called upon.
