- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing schematics and technical manuals
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain necessary parts and technical support
- Provide field service to clients, including installation, setup, and training on equipment operation
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and specifications
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software used in medical equipment diagnostics and repair
- Experience in equipment repair, preferably in the medical industry
- Familiarity with field service procedures and best practices
- Ability to calibrate medical equipment according to industry standards
- Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Skilled in using hand tools for equipment disassembly, repair, and reassembly
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the inner workings of medical equipment
